I will give clear honest advice, which means I find the right  mortgage and protection products to suit your needs. I will ensure you understand the difference between the types of mortgages available (repayment, interest-only, fixed, tracker, cash back and variable) and will make a recommendation on the best deal for you.

I will help you budget

I’ll help with the budgeting, making sure it all adds up for when you move in to your new home. It’s not just the mortgage payments that you have to think about, there are also many other one-off costs to consider (see fees section). You need to know all the costs before you commit to purchase. I can provide a costs planner to fit your circumstances.

I’m a whole of market adviser

Not all brokers are classed as whole of market and their advice may be restricted to a limited number of lenders. There are lots of different products available and I will use my knowledge of the marketplace to find the product most suited to your circumstances.

You can buy through any Estate Agent

I am able to provide advice for any property that you wish to purchase, and can deal with all estate agents, new homes sites and shared ownership companies.

Buying your house is one of the  most expensive transactions of people’s lives. It’s a transaction that can feel very daunting. I will help you all the way from finding a house to making it your home.

Agreement in Principle and Offering Service

I can get you to the stage of knowing that, in principle, a lender will be prepared to help you before you even find a house and once you have found one assist with the “haggling” to try to secure a good price!
